Terms of Service — Axova Market
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Axova Market and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Axova Market is a shopping application for discovering stores, browsing products, and placing orders.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of others; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; submit false or abusive reviews; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
5. Payment Terms
All prices are shown in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout via your chosen method (mobile money, card, or Cash on Delivery). Orders are fulfilled by independent stores on the platform and delivered by Axova's delivery network; refund eligibility is determined by the individual store's return policy together with applicable consumer-protection law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Axova and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Product listings, images, and descriptions belong to the respective stores.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including issues with products or fulfillment that are the responsibility of the individual store.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though you may request export of your data within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
