1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Axova and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Axova is a business management platform that includes point-of-sale, inventory management, invoicing, analytics, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of others; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
5. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscriptions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Axova and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though you may request export of your data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
