1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use Axova Go. This includes your name, email address, phone number, government identity and vehicle documents you submit for verification, photos for proof of delivery, payment and payout information, device information, push notification tokens, and delivery activity.

1a. Location Information

Axova Go collects your precise location while you are online and while you have an active delivery in progress — including while the app is running in the background — so we can match you to nearby jobs, calculate accurate routes and ETAs, share live tracking with customers, and confirm pickup and drop-off. Location is not collected while you are offline or logged out. You can disable location at the operating-system level, but core delivery features will not function without it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process transactions; send service-related communications; improve and personalize your experience; ensure security and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help operate the platform, payment processors for transaction handling, identity-verification providers, customers you are delivering to (limited to your live location and delivery status while a delivery is active), and law enforcement when required by law. All third parties are bound by data-protection agreements.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, regular audits, and intrusion detection. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and tokens for authentication and session management. Analytics help us understand how the Service is used. You can manage preferences through your browser or device settings; the Service functions without non-essential tracking.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data-protection laws.
